PAPERWORK – Check on your Account page and see if you have all your paperwork marked as being in. If NOT, then read the next paragraph.

In one week ALL your paperwork is due in the office. If you do not have your physical scheduled, then do that TODAY! If you have not looked into securing insurance, then do that TODAY! You cannot put this off any longer. To process all the papers and get you ready to go out is a BIG job and we NEED your paperwork!!!! You will NOT be able to go on this trip unless it is all turned in

  1. I know our visas must be part of that, how do i know when the process is finished? Do they mail me something ..or? That’s the only thing I’m still waiting on..

    It says that you have all my paperwork except for a copy of my passport. I thought when I did the initial paperwork back in October that I remembered reading that a copy of the passport application would suffice. Is that not true? Is so, I haven’t received my passport back from the visa people yet.

  5. Dave, Im sending in my paperwork tomarrow, but because its coming from Canada it usually takes a while. I cant promise when it will be there. This may also be a problem with my last bit of fundraising, anything being sent form Canada by mail to AIM has taken SO long to get there, and the bank takes even longer to deal with Canadian checks then normal ones. This means any funds that are being sent in now or up till I leave wont make it into my account by September 8th. How are we going to work around that?

  6. We ask that you do not bring your paperwork to Training Camp, it needs to be sent in before you come. There are a lot of things that we have to check and copy on your paperwork that it needs to be in before coming.

    Sorry, Ashley and everyone else, but you need to mail it in before coming to training camp.

  7. If you didn’t have a passport we needed to see that you at least applied for one. Once you get it we do need a copy of it.

  8. Hey lisa, this might be too late already
    but i live in canada too and ive found that to mail in checks takes forever too… so i started getting people to send in money orders… its almost 2 weeks faster
