On Friday, we put your name on your ticket. Can you believe that?
You are responsible to go to your Account Page and check your name. It needs to match your passport. We have tried to change all the names, as your passport came in, but we may have missed some.
This is VERY important that the name on your account page matches your passport correctly. In the past, we have had to pay for a name change even if the name is spelled “ie” not “ei” and if we put Josh and not Joshua.
If we turn in your name as to what your account page says, and it turns out to be wrong, you will be responsible to pay for the name change.
Do we need middle names?
First and last name is fine. Just make sure it’s the same as on your passport.
my first name is Stephanie, not nicole…. but i go by nicole, which is my middle name! so mine probably needs to be changed! how do i go about doing this?!?
Go back to your AIM account page and edit your contact information.
On both my driver’s license and passport it has my middle name. My full name is Erin Marie Bowers just in case.
