You should have received an e-mail from me yesterday with two letters attached. If you did not receive it, you can go to your account page and you will find them there under the Suggested Reading Section at the bottom of the page. With those letters, make sure you personalize them for yourself. The letters are full of (your name) or (his or her) type things. Make it readable to where it sounds like I was writing the letters for you personally. You can NOT simply print them out and send them in.
I’m praying that each one of you get the visas with no problems. These things can sometimes be tricky. I’m looking forward to meeting each of you in September.

Couple of questions about the VISA application:
If we are coming home at Christmas ~ do we include the flight itenary with those dates with the application? Do we inlcude those dates for any question that references entering and departing the country? Number of entries required? 2 ~ one in September and one in January, right?
Also ~ “Name of persons or organizations you will be contacting during your stay in the Republic” Do we take the info from the letter and include Joshua’s Project and Ithemba to this section? or just leave it blank?
Also I had a question too, one of the questions on the application is “identity document number or permanent residence permit number of South African host”
And what if we aren’t coming home at Christmas? Do we still apply for a multiple entry visa?
Will someone please suggest a international health insurance company? I haven’t been able to find one with reasonable prices….Thank you:)

hey, i have a question about the police check, the camp i worked for had to do a backround check on me, and i was wondering if i could use that as the police check?

You def can use that. My church had done a bg check on me and I just asked them for a copy and sent that in. A bg check is the same thing as police clearance.
